Brazilian-owned JBS Noses In To Trump Bailout Funds

A portion of President Trump’s bailout program funds designed to help American farmers detrimentally affected by trade wars will be paid to Brazilian-owned packer JBS S.A.  According to the Washington Post, documents released on January 9 by the Agricultural Marketing Service, said USDA will buy $5 million worth of pork products from JBS — 1.8 million pounds.
