North Dakota Moves Closer to New Trespassing Laws

For many years, North Dakota agricultural groups have supported updated legislation pertaining to trespassing laws. Currently, North Dakota is one of several states where the law provides that anyone can enter private property without permission unless the landowner has properly posted “no trespass” or “no hunting” signs.
