U.S. and Japan Begin Free Trade Agreement Discussions

On Monday, April 15, U.S. and Japan began a series of discussions regarding a free-trade agreement between the two countries.  Economy Minister Toshimitsu Motegi told reporters that most of the three-hour meeting with U.S. Trade Representative Robert Lighthizer was centered on goods.
